The UKHTA Meetings in 2017

Watch this space for details of another year of classic bike shows and Turbo fun. For some pictures and details of our meetings in 2016 go to our 2016 meetings page

January 1st
Our usual small gathering for members in the South East of England on New Years Day for lunch at Box Hill. We only had two turbos show up this year, come on people, "Ride them don't hide them (Andy)"! We did however have five members (and two supporting wives) and enjoyed the usual tea and fried egg sandwich to warm up and chat about the year gone and the year ahead.

April 2nd
The Ace Cafe - One of their General Bike days for all and anybody who likes bikes to turn up and have a chat and a coffee.

May 13th / 14th
A new show for us, the MCN Festival of Motorcycling in Peterborough.

June 30th / July 2nd
This year we are trying to get some people together to head over to Norway for their 20th Anniversary club meeting. Our Norwegian friends always make the long journey to join in with the other european clubs, so this is out opportunity to return the compliment. They are meeting at Kvitåvatn Fjellstue, Rjukan. More details to follow...

July 23rd
Founders Day at Stanford Hall has become a regular slot for us, not a particularly Japanese event, but very pleasent setting for a July get-together.

August 5th / 6th
Our visit to the CRMC / VJMC meeting gives us a great chance to watch some classic racing, and also ride the circuit in the free lunch time parade.

October 1st
The Copdock show is the biggest one day event around, packed with stalls, jumble, clubs and entertainment. Well worth the visit.

October 14th / 15th
The Stafford show is a a huge classic bike show, the best of the year for all things to do with bikes and bike mechanics.

November 11th / 13th
The three day Classic Motor Show is our final show of the year and although the motorcycle section isn't the biggest, the huge number of classic cars on display make this a massive event for anbody who is interested in 4 wheels as well as two. We also hold our AGM at this show so come along.

The UK Honda Turbo Association is a not-for-profit club. We have no paid staff and all administration is undertaken by volunteers. Our aim is to promote the rare and iconic Honda CX Turbo motorbikes, ensuring they are kept running and on the road for people to enjoy for years to come. If you would like get involved and help the UKHTA in this quest, or if you would simply like to know more or become a member then please contact us or visit us at one of the many motorcycle shows we attend during the year.
